Staff

Larry McCooey

President

Larry McCooey is the President of the Alliance Development Fund (ADF), a position he has held since 1998. He has also served as President of The Orchard Foundation, ADF’s sister corporation, since March 2010. Prior to serving in these roles, Larry was the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, and had many years of experience in banking and public accounting before joining the C&MA. He and Kathleen, his wife of 40 years, are originally from Buffalo, New York, and now live in Colorado Springs near their three children and their families.

David Graf

Vice President for Church Services

David is the son and grandson of Alliance pastors, and was raised in various towns in upstate New York. He graduated from Nyack College in 1984 and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. David began work as an accountant for the C&MA National Office in 1987 and that led to his full-time employment with ADF beginning in 1993. David’s wife, Linda, is music director at Front Range Alliance Church and they have two children: Jeremy and Catie.

 

Robert (Rob) C. Pease

Vice President for Operations/Investment Services

Rob Pease is the Vice President for Operations/Investment services of the Alliance Development Fund (ADF) and has served with ADF since August 1991. Prior to that, Rob worked for The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Employee Benefits, Missionary Payroll, and Accounts Payable. He also oversees information technology and marketing for both ADF and its sister organization, The Orchard Foundation. He received his BSBA in 1994 and completed his MBA in 1998 from the University of Phoenix. Rob was an Alliance missionary kid (MK) to Mali, West Africa (Koutiala and Bamako) and attended Ivory Coast Academy in Bouake, Cote d’Ivoire. Rob and his wife, Robin, live in Colorado Springs and have two daughters and two sons.

Joseph F. Lamendola

Administrative VP, Asst. Treasurer, Asst. Secretary

Joe Lamendola is Administrative Vice President of the Alliance Development Fund (ADF), a position he has held since joining in 1997. Prior to joining ADF, Joe worked in public accounting and held several finance and management positions in industry from controller to CEO of a public electronics corporation. Joe graduated from Clarion State University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He and his wife Dianne are originally from Corry, Pennsylvania and Plano, Texas, respectively and now reside in Colorado Springs. They have four children and three grandchildren.

Zach Gray

Manager for Investment Services

Zach is the Manager for Investment services of the Alliance Development Fund (ADF) and has been with ADF since October 2004. Before that, Zach started working for Wells Fargo at age 17 as a Teller in the Cash Vault. He received his BSBA in 2016 from the University of Phoenix and is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Zach was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He and his wife, Jessica, still reside there and have a daughter and a son.

 

Traci Boyd

Supervisor for Investment Services

Traci and her family (husband Steve, daughters Taylor and Carlie) moved from Amarillo, Texas in February 2014 so she could join the ADF Investment Services team. Prior to that, she was with Goldstar Trust Company and carries over 15 years experience with retirement accounts (including IRAs and 401ks).

Kathy Davis

Investment Services Representative

Kathy grew up in Michigan, but moved to California as a young adult and studied business at Santa Monica College. She discovered that she loved working with people, so she became a realtor. Kathy moved to Colorado in 2008, and worked for a large regional credit union before joining ADF’s staff in 2011. Kathy is married and has one daughter.

Troy McLaughlin

Manager for Church Services

Troy was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2002 and spent the following five years serving the country as an intelligence officer. In February 2007, he separated from the Air Force and, two months later, joined ADF. He and his wife, Erin, have three daughters: Madelyn, Ella, and Charlotte.

Debbi Meyer

Lending Coordinator

Debbi grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson. She currently resides in Colorado Springs with her husband, Gary, and has been working for ADF as Lending Coordinator since March of 1998.

Sandy Grant

Underwriting Analyst

Sandy was raised in Seattle, Washington and attended Azusa Pacific University, where she met her husband Dwight. She has served the Lord in a variety of support roles for several Christian ministries including The Orchard Foundation, Peacemaker Ministries, and Focus on the Family. Customer service and administration are strong components of her work experience. Having raised two sons and a daughter, Sandy and Dwight are now the proud grandparents of two granddaughters and one grandson.

Joy Wilkins

Assistant to Church Services

Joy grew up in the heartland of America, graduating with a bachelor's degree from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana. Shortly after moving to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2009 with her husband Jason, Joy joined the ADF Church Services department. She and Jason have 2 children, Dawson and Evan.
