ADF Loan Application Process

Complete the loan application and send a copy to both ADF and your district office for District Executive Committee approval.

You may download the application by completing the Church Profile Form below, or contact a Church Services representative toll-free at 1-888-878-3060 or 719-268-2250 (AK, HI, PR) to have one sent to you.

ADF usually requires a site visit to meet with your governing board and review the project.
You must obtain congregational approval (board approval if you’re not a church) during the application process.
