The Alliance Development Fund, Inc. offers 24 Hour Customer Service phone banking that will allow you to privately inquire about your savings, retirement, investment certificates, and loan accounts all by just dialing toll free 1-877-797-3078. Locally in Colorado Springs, you may dial 268-2276.

When you call this service, you will be greeted by a message with our current investment and loan rates. If you choose to bypass this message, enter your 9-digit Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax ID (TIN) number at any time followed by the # sign. Next enter your own 4-digit security code (last 4-digits of your SSN/TIN) followed by the # sign and follow the menu instructions. You will also be asked to enter your assigned ADF account number(s) when prompted.
